Yeah i realized that you were talkin about non story keys after scrolling more into the comments. Id still recommend doing quest 23-8 w/ boosts 3 times a day. Maybe after that go to events that use keys so you dont need to use stones or meat but 23-8 is one of if not the best place for link level grinding iirc.

The best stage is 28-2 on Global, especially if you need Blue Incredible Gems to buy out the shop. When area 30 comes, 30-4 will be the best, especially if you need Green Incredible Gems.
